Have you ever set out to do something but the thought of leaving your bubble terrifies you?

It can be something as simple as going to a store by yourself, talking to someone on the phone, or something as daunting as moving states.

Regardless of the size of the task, you get it in your head that you can’t do it.

You can’t talk to that person, you’re afraid of what they are going to say.

You can’t make that move, you don’t know where to start.

And for a lot of people, not knowing where to start is debilitating. We know deep down that we can accomplish any of these tasks, but we put it off until we have no choice or simply don’t do it.

If you were to take a step back, look at the task objectively, fact-based, you see that it’s no big deal. But once we put our personal feelings and experiences in it, the task becomes insurmountable.

For me, I have faith in myself, in the mountains I climb, in the choices I make. If I let fear stop me from doing the things that I need too then I wouldn’t have the life I want.

Faith in myself, trust in myself, and a little pixie dust.

Whenever I’m scared, lost, unsure, I remind myself of who I am and who I want to be. I remind myself of why I’m doing the things I do, and that God has my back 100%.

We’re never alone, God is always walking with us.

You can do anything that you set your mind to, no task is too big or too small.

Whenever you think you can’t, look at all the things that you have accomplished and remind yourself to trust the process.
