Get MOVING! If not now, then when!?
Stop waiting for Monday. Stop waiting for January. Stop waiting for life to calm down. Stop waiting till the kids are older. Stop waiting for more energy. Stop waiting for warmer weather.
There are so many excuses to get in the way of moving our bodies. Priorities are simple… The things you place value in end up on that list. The things you can have a million excuses for are left off.
There are so many ways to Exercise. High intensity, low intensity, indoor, outdoor, alone, with a group, with weights, without weights, etc etc. Some people choose modes they enjoy, some choose modes they think work best for them. There is no excuse that justifies not moving your body regularly. Quality of life depends on your health. Health requires movement!

While this statement isn’t necessarily factual, the idea is spot on. Exercise is the best form of a “high” or natural energy. It gives you a feeling of accomplishment, higher self-worth, a happier attitude, and more motivation.
I challenge you as you’re heading into summer to prioritize more movement! Even just a 10 min walk everyday would do your mind and body wonders.
Do you want to be self-sufficient as you age? Do you want to enjoy an active retirement? Do you want to play with your grandkids? Do you want to not experience pain every time you get up from a chair? Do you want to feel better about yourself and have more energy? Do you want to live your life to the fullest? Then what are you waiting for?!
