“Own Less. Do More.”- Minimalist Motivation

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed when you look at your schedule and/ or around your house? Do you feel like there is never enough time in the day to get all the things in, or to be able to keep up with taking care of all your possessions?

Maybe it’s time to clear out that schedule, leave room open for free unfilled time. Maybe it’s time to declutter your house and get rid of the extra junk that keeps you stressed of having to take care of.

All the constant busy schedules and amounts of junk lead to stress, anxiety and depression. The act of clearing away and minimalizing brings a sense of peace and freedom.

Trying to fit all the things in our schedules and not being able to keep up, leaves us feeling overwhelmed and unworthy. Lighten up your schedule and get a better sense of your true priorities. Take the pressure off and clear the unnecessary things so you can thrive and feel accomplished again.

The clutter in our homes requires time and effort to keep up with. Throw things out so your home can be manageable and feel like a peaceful sanctuary instead of a constant task list.

Its overstimulating to have an abundance of things around that requires decisions and tasks. Clear it out and leave room for simplicity instead.

Less responsibility and clutter= More Energy. More Peace. More Joy. More Freedom. More Fulfilment.Be intentional with where your energy and time are going.

These unnecessary busy schedules and items take away from being able to be grateful for the small things and live in the present moment. The freedom from minimalizing will help you straighten your priorities so you can live your best life.
