A short and sweet challenge to keep your Month MERRY!!
Yes, I will continue to prioritize promoting taking care of your health during this season!! Too many people let this time get out of control and they lose all willpower on taking care of themselves till they go so far they don’t care to try to come back. The best gift you can give yourself and your loved ones is making a move NOW!!
This December I want to challenge you to add in some reasonable and attainable goals. Small things to create healthy habits that will have positive long-lasting benefits.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:
Drink 8 cups of water a day
Let a full glass of water be the first thing you drink in the morning
Tuesdays, Thursdays:
Get 7-8 Hours of sleep
Eat a fruit and a veggie both days
Saturday, Sundays:
Get 20 mins of physical activity in each day
Fitness and Health doesn’t have to be overly complicated or overwhelming. Start with small goals that still create impact on your health goals. Start now so you don’t have to pay for more later. Taking care of your health during this busy season is so important to help battle the stress, overindulging, and busy schedules.
